Precise weighing in the medium-capacity range

PW15PH with maximum capacities of 10 to 100 kg is available for weighing platforms of 500 x 400 mm. Thanks to its flexibility, the load cell is ideally suited for use in classical scales manufacturing, in table-top, floor and conveyor scales as well as in production systems and filling machines. The innovative single point load cell has been certified by the German National Metrology Institute (PTB) and convinces through excellent compliance withOIML R60 regulations.

Easy to clean and safe

The hermetically encapsulated load cell has robust connection cables. Moreover, the connector system guarantees easy cleaning. The highest possible IP68/IP69K degree of protection provides users with additional safety in applications characterized by difficult ambient conditions – for example, dust, humidity or cleaning with aggressive liquids.

Maximum flexibility, minimum downtime

PW15PH is extremely flexible thanks to its rugged connection cables that are available in lengths up to 12 meters. Two cables with connector are available, one from hygienic cable material providing protection to IP68/IP69K. The load cell’s fields of application are more flexible and, at the same time, use in extremely adverse ambient conditions is optimized.

The load cell is easy to handle in the event of servicing which substantially reduces costs and significantly increases system operating times.
